It is a partnership company of an Architect, a Structural engineer, and an MEP Consultant, all of them having more than 35 yrs experience in their respective fields. The company provides a complete package and solution for any prestigious project. The partners have done many landmark projects in the international market. Hence ADH is the only professional company which can provide all service like, Master Planning, Architectural, Structural, Electro-mechanical, project management, etc. Everything under one roof which would save cost as well as time for the client. All the projects are dealt with the latest technology as the company and its team member as fully versed with the current technology trends. Urban Planning

We formulate the requirement of the client and then optimize the effectiveness of the community’s land use and infrastructure. Our role also is to formulate plans for the development and management of urban and suburban areas, typically analyzing land use compatibility as well as economic, environmental and social trends. In developing their plan for a community. As green technology is the focus of all developments we believe in creating a wide array of issues such as sustainability, air pollution, traffic congestion, crime, land values, legislation and zoning codes. Tender Stage

Once the detailed design, specifications and contract documents are completed, Tendering of the project is undertaken by inviting qualified team of contractors. The best contractor is awarded the project.

Feasibility study

As a company, we undertake the task of preparing the feasibility study of the project prior to the execution. By providing such study the client gets acquainted with the projects technical and financial parameters easily. This also helps in improving the viability of the project by adding more value in-puts from all the technical and financial parties involved in the project.

Value Engineering

Once the project tender bid is completed, a detailed value engineering is undertaken by our professional team to reduce the construction cost as well as increase the efficiency of the project. Our team comprises of students who has attended workshop by Mr Stephen K. who was the ex-president of American Value Engineers Association.
